The process begins with a free home consultation, where you can explain all of your requirements for your dream home.

Chris, the founder of Plans 2 Extend will advise you on the approximate build costs to ease the decision-making process and will outline any planning and/or Building Regulations requirements during the initial visit.

If you are happy with the quotation, a full property survey will be carried out, and initial drawings prepared for a review of the project. Unlimited amendments can be made to the drawings during this review.

Once the drawings have been signed off by our clients, the planning or permitted development applications will be submitted, and planning approval obtained.

When planning approval is obtained, or permitted development confirmed, we will complete the necessary structural engineers reports & create a Building Regulations standard ‘working drawing’ which your chosen Builders will use to create your dream space.

All of this is trackable via our dedicated customer portal – you will have your own account to track the process, and if you prefer speaking to humans, our happy office will be ready to assist you

During the build, we liaise with your nominated builder and take away the stress of what can be a difficult period. Or for a completely ‘hands off’ experience, Plans 2 Extend Build Phase can be your perfect builder!
