Plan-it have been helpful, friendly and polite throughout the installation. They offer plenty of choice and communicate well. From the very start the service we had from Plan-It Windows was fantastic. We were given a quote with absolutely no pressure at all. As soon as we confirmed we were happy to go with Plan-It they were in contact with us to confirm a date for a survey and then gave us timescales for expected date of fitting. Everything was communicated to us throughout the whole process and when the fitting date arrived the guys were on time and completed the work in the time expected.
