Kelvyn was just incredible. Responding really quickly to our urgent call for help after discovering a really foul smell coming from our spare room. He was very respectful of our space and identified where the smell was coming from. Carefully removing the laminate from the floor to locate the source (a dead mouse). Sadly he discovered that it was coming from the cavity wall so without removing walls there was no way to remove the corpse, but he did everything he could to treat the smell and the area before putting the floorboards and putting the laminate back down. Went above and beyond. Thanks

Kelvin came out to me due to an ongoing rat problem. He was very considerate to the fact that I had nervous/reactive rescue dogs and took time with them before carrying out the work. All work carried out professionally and he fully explained what he was doing. Proofing the house to make sure the rats don't return. I would definitely recommend him yes :)
