  We were impressed with Josh on our first meeting. He was very approachable and made lots of great suggestions to help us plan our extension. Paperwork and quotes all very well documented, we were sent a monthly statement listing works completed and money owing. The whole team were friendly guys, very good attention to detail and left the site clean and tidy every day. They were a pleasure to have in the house. Would not hesitate to recommend this company .

  Planning & Design of an Extension

  Josh Carrivick came out to meet us and discuss our decision to extend our bungalow. He then supplied us with 4 options to consider which we were able to mix and match. That was followed a few days later with a face to face discussion online so that he was able to slightly alter the plan we preferred whilst we watched on the screen. He later gave us an estimate of the costs involved. Josh was so patient with us, chopping and changing our minds, but very understanding and helpful. We would certainly recommend his company if you need help to draw up plans.

  Josh at Planbuild organised the council permission and arranged all the necessary services to complete the job within the time constriction i needed. His support was invaluable. I am extreemly pleased with the finished project.

  Choosing Josh has been our best decision so far in our renovation process. Being in the trade I wanted to do a lot of the work myself and Josh’s advice along the way has been invaluable. He gave useful breakdown of all the costs and has us on a project management app which helps keep everything running smoothly.
