  Locks would not work and lost keys

  I called the service because my elderly and disabled parents could not unlock the door as the lock had got tough the turn and the other door in the house the keys had been misplaced, the locksmith turned up and the lock was working so he told us , he didn’t want the call out fee and if it stopped working again to call him back out , I insisted he changed the locks as I was worried about them getting locked out , against his judgment he carried out the works and was open and honest throughout , he then replaced the locks for the other door and issued new keys for the doors very professional

  Front door lock replacement

  Locksmith Paul arrived on time specified. He was very polite and carried his work out with care. He explained to me the importance of safety locks compared to the cheap locks so I went for it because I want to feel secure in my own house and plus I've got children so that is very important to me. I highly recommend him.

  recommend!

  I had a locksmith come out before, but they couldn’t think of a solution to stop my dog from breaking into the bathroom, I was really surprised they had no ideas. Paul came out and replaced the roller lock with a latch operated by a handle. The job took about 40 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. While he was drilling through the door, I checked the floor, and everything was kept clean. Highly recommend!

  Build a lock into garden gate

  I want to say a big thank you! We needed to build a lock into our garden gate to make it secure. We received quites from local companies, but the prices and offers were inadequate, one of the hired locksmith never showed up. Then Paul was recommended to us by some friends and it was great! He listened to our needs, advised us, offered different options until we chose the one we needed. We agreed on the installation day and time, he coordinated everything again the day before and the work was done quickly, professionally. Now we finally have a lockable garden gate!
