Paul visited quickly after the initial enquiry and gave good advice followed by a thorough quotation. He did an excellent job on the repairs, and quick too - not only within a few days but also at a weekend, which was appreciated. Very efficient and tidy workmanship, and on a personal level very friendly and helpful - was happy to help and advise on another maintenance/plumbing issue while he was with us. Would thoroughly recommend!
