House moves, house clearances, tip runs, delivery/collection services

•I can travel around the country with no issues.

•Tip runs and small clearances I cover a 10 mile radius only of rushden as By time adding time and fuel on longer runs it wold become expencive

•I will still cover longer distances but to note editional fees are added to cover fuel and time for me and my team

• Full house clearance with a lowered fee if there's saleable items within of where we can recoup our wage through sales

•Pictures required on longer distance jobs to save fuel costs as not everyone will chose my services.

Send pictures at start! this will save alot of time.

•If you're honest on what's to be tipped then no issues no extra fees

●If items are not mentioned in quotes Or shown in pictures additional charges need to be added to invoice!

•(cost for tipping correctly is expensive) I need your honesty

●If the job is refused by customer due to price change when I'm there due to items not mentioned pointed out and added then there will be a call out fee added

●the call out fee is the non refundable deposit taken to book in job

●No deposit then no book in

● Deposit starts from 20% - depending on size of job and costs to be spent out to complete job this deposit could be increased

●DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE MISTAKE IS MADE BY PJ&SONS

●Example for tipping costs as of today at waterbridge

●If materials are mixed and contaminated there will also be a sorting out fee as time isn't free

●If tipped contaminated it would be charged at the higher rate at tipping point hence sorting is key - for keeping costs down!
