Patrick was very helpful in advising me of a suitable tap to buy as I wanted to change the bath tap for a thermostatic mixer one as we needed an extra shower in the property. The new tap was fitted and the shower head holder fixed to the wall as well as a new bath screen. Patrick is polite and reliable. Would use again.

Patrick made alterations to my kitchen which allowed me to install a dish washer. He removed a base cupboard and installed pipework plus connected electric socket. Installed the dishwasher and did a full test. He left everything clean and tidy along with removing unwanted cupboard and any waste all at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be asking P J Refurbishments ltd to carry out more work in the future.

Had a large water tank, that was way too big for my needs. The hot water taps had very little pressure., and Luke warm water. I now have a water tank that is 1/3 of the size, water pressure is amazing, and the water is piping hot. Patrick was polite, arrived on time, and was very tidy. Arrived with his apprentice, who was just as polite. Would 110% guarantee him.
