We contacted Mr. Porter with a request for our annual boiler service, to which he responded immediately, making a date and time to suit us. Paul arrived on time and carried out the work. A part which had worn needed replacement. He showed us the affected part, explained why it had worn and sought permission before replacing. Once again excellent service and work from Mr. Porter.

PJ Plumbing and Heating were very quick to respond to my enquiry about my boiler. Communication has been consistent and helpful - I was able to take photographs of the boiler and get a rough quote of the work from that. PJ Plumbing definitely has competitive prices - I had received a few quotes from others and this was by far the most reasonable. The work was efficiently carried out within an hour and came to the house punctually too. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be using again

Paul attended our home at short notice when our boiler packed up. He found the fault, explained the problem and fixed the boiler. We intend to use him again for any other matters related to our heating system

BEWARE.Paul was attentive when contacted to fix a problem with our central heating.He fitted an expansion tank. However,we detected a problem shortly after but he didn't respond to our voicemails.Eventually after several months of not turning up as promised he attempted to resolve the issue but in fact caused a much more serious one resulting in damage to the expansion tank and causing a leak which has come through the ceiling.At this point he STOPPED answering our calls and messages.We were left with no choice but to contact another plumber. This has now cost us several thousand pound to fix

Our boiler has been playing up recently and Paul was able to come round to diagnose the problem the day after I called him. He was very professional and was able to identify the problem in minutes, explaining to me exactly what had happened and how they could fix it. Really helpful and fast service.

Telephoned pj heating regarding a leak to our downstairs toilet. After inspection it was clear that the problem originated from outside. The work was then carried out super efficient and extremely tidy, both inside and out. I would easily recommend and reuse.
