Really good communication from start to finish, quote completed in person which I think is a much nicer approach, kept to agreed quote price too. Really nice and friendly. They even stayed well after the job was finished to make sure the boiler purged and reset properly. Good luck to your son too with his future career in trade!

I can’t write highly enough about Paul and PJL Plumbing. I had a major issue with a leaky radiator that was making my boiler lose all pressure. It had also poisoned my system so the water was black. Worse still it occurred on 30 December when no one was working. Paul came over when he was meant to be off to fix the issue - changing the radiator, flushing the system and sorting some other rads that I hadn’t got around to fixing/changing. He was friendly, efficient, always up front with costings and very re-assuring that all issues could be fixed… which they were!

I honestly cannot thank them enough, the workmanship is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We was kept informed every step of the way. Time frame was amazing to make sure the job was completed on time,. Attention to detail was also amazing. Highly recommend.

I've used Paul a few times and he's always done a great job. with no problems. very efficient and friendly and professional. as soon as he arrives he's bubbly and polite and gets on with the job straight away. I have a child and whenever he's home he wants to see what Paul is doing and Paul always entertains him. which is great. I would use him over and over again.
