  PJL provided a professional service throughout. They are respectful of your house and consulted on and resolved unexpected issues along the way. They provided the complete solution including converting a utility room into a bespoke multi functioning room including moving the back door and replacing the roof. They are a pleasure to work with and they have a lot of pride in their work. We'll done team.

  Emergency Carpentry Repair

  I am so grateful to PJL who came at very short notice to do an emergency repair to a back door that would not close due to a problem with the wood. Now you can't see where the repair is! It was done very efficiently and neatly. A fantastic job done with professionalism and a very friendly attitude. It is a pleasure to have somebody experienced and passionate about the job they are doing. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

  Bespoke wardrobe. New en-suite bathroom

  Phil, Leo and Taylor have completed three projects for us to date. A new en-suite, bespoke fitted cupboards and an internal reconfiguration. They are competitively priced, have outstanding attention to detail and are super tidy. Phil frequently has brilliant ideas for elevating projects and we rely heavily on his opinion when making decisions.

  Shower-room and Hallway

  PJL Carpentry and Building came to our rescue after a disastrous experience with a cowboy builder who caused significant damage to our Shower-room and Hallway. Phil and his team were exceptional, rectifying all the mistakes and offering clever, practical solutions. They were always punctual, highly professional, and honest throughout the process. The time and cost estimates they provided were accurate, with no unexpected surprises along the way. We highly recommend PJL Carpentry and Building. In fact, we were so impressed with their work that they are already back, working on a Study for us!

  Loft conversion

  We have used PJL extensively over the last 2 years - most recently for our loft conversion. I can’t rate them highly enough. They are an absolute pleasure to work with, the quality of the work was very high, they stuck to the agreed budget and were always on hand to offer ideas and advice. They respond extremely quickly to questions/concerns and really cared about our project. We will definitely be using them again for future work.
