Patrik and his team were very efficient and reliable, keeping us up to date when removing the chimney breast. They were very considerate when working in our house, minimising dust and ensuring they covered all existing surfaces so no damage was made. They were knowledgeable, and came prepared anticipating tweaks will be necessary to our structural engineers drawings. Communication was spot on, and we are very happy with the finished job.

Patrick and his team have been our go-to builders since they did work on our kitchen, garage and patio earlier this year. The work they did was fantastic, both in terms of the quality and price, so I had no hesitation in getting them back for some bathroom work a couple of months later. The team worked quickly and tidily, and there were some unexpected things that came which they dealt with without me needing to ask. They have been extremely pleasant, and our neighbours were impressed enough that they spoke to them about work for their own properties.

This team delivered one of my property projects on time and to an excellent standard, with quality that exceeded expectations. They were able to articulate challenges clearly, find non-typical solutions to non-typical issues, and demonstrated a wide range of expertise in property refurbishment. I look forward to working with them again on future developments.

We asked for a new stair case according legal regulations and the loft room plaster boarded. Patrick and co were very progressional and did the job in a timely manner. very happy.

The work was done in a 2 bedroom flat. It was a general refurbishment job. Works included were general strip out and fit out, painting, window and door installation. The job was done with professionalism, and great time efficiency. The price seemed fair and definitely was happy with the results. Excellent finishing and quality assurance.
