If you want a PIV unit, then I have no hesitation in recommending PIV UK (National) LTD. Frank was so helpful in a couple of calls when we were deciding whether to go ahead. He came and fitted the unit with no fuss, all on time and quickly done. Their fixed price is very good: the cheapest I found. They were completely transparent in what unit they were fitting, etc., responded quickly to emails, etc. Excellent service. And the PIV unit has practically stopped all condensation on the windows, which before were completely covered in condensation each (cold) morning. Very happy.

Tony came out to fit the ventilation unit - I was updated on his arrival time on the morning of, and then again about 1 hour before his arrival. He was very professional and friendly, brought a ladder as I don't have one to get in to the loft space, didn't make any dust/mess, and explained everything to me once the unit was fitted and up and running. Will have to wait for winter to see whether the unit has fixed the mould/condensation issues in my property, but I found the whole experience and the advice given to feel very trustworthy, so I have hope! Glad I chose PIV over other options.

Very professional from start to finish. Tony was polite, friendly, got the job done and went through the operation with us. Left everywhere clean and tidy, even cleaned the cobwebs from my light fitting. Great communication throughout and on day one, no wet windows anywhere! The dehumidifier has been put away. Thank you

Communication in advance was excellent setting out the process. Frank, the installer, arrived as promised, explained the system and then went about the installation quickly and cleanly - so far all working as hoped!

The performance of the unit has exceeded my expectations. No condensation at all and the Karcher window vac has been consigned to the recycling bin. Fitting took a little over an hour, no mess at all and an existing electrical glitch was discovered and corrected. Service above and beyond. Thank you. Very clear explanation of how it all works and the minimal maintenance required. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company
