Ricki kept me informed of his arrival time, turned up promptly, and carried out a very thorough inspection of the boiler, he is polite and courteous laying down sheets on work surfaces etc. would have no hesitation in recommending Ricki and Pipeworks heating and plumbing! Very fair price too

I urgently needed somebody to come and take a look at the sink at my studio. I called Ricki and the morning and he managed to fit me in the same day. There was a problem with water not flowing/draining from my sink which I needed in working order for my business. Ricki discovered the issue very quickly and it was rectified within an hour of being at the studio. There was absolutely no less left as he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I recommend him 100%

We discovered a small leak underneath our shower dripping into the kitchen. We called Ricki and he saw us the same day. He was very polite, finished up the job very quickly and even swept/mopped the floor and surfaces after himself. We will be calling him for any other issues that arise. Highly recommend!

Communication can negate many positive reviews but Ricki receives 10/10 for this aspect. He communicated right from initial quote through to the agreed appointment and gave clear indication of charges. This is his second visit to my special needs sister’s home and each time efficient and kind. I have met many plumbers and not many can I recommend as highly.

We called Ricki as a change from a large company who had been doing our boiler servicing for many years. Ricki was very dilgent and managed to trace a fault to a blockage in one of the central heating pipes that must have been there for many years. He kept us fully informed and explained everything clearly to us. Rads now a lot hotter. We will arrange a return visit with Ricki to power flush through our central heating system to keep it in good order. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend using Ricki for boiler/central heating work.
