  Packing and moving to my new flat

  The preliminary work to prepare for the move was thorough with several calls from staff to discuss the details. They were flexible with various changes I needed and very friendly and patient. On the day of the move, the crew was organised and fast. They were friendly, helpful and kind to my dog who was a little unsettled by the commotion. Everything went to plan and I was very happy with the service. The fee was fair and competitive. Would highly recommend.

  Transporting several pieces of furniture from storage to property.

  The two man team were prompt, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to get the job done. Despite their best efforts they could not negotiate a table through the front door. Instead they hoisted it to the upstairs balcony and entered it through the that door. Above and beyond, thoroughly earned 5 stars. I would definitely recommend and use Pipers Removals again.

  Moving flat to house

  Back in November we booked Pipers for a flat removal. They were very polite, however we were never sent warranty or guarantee info despite being told they have it. The men booked for the removal had seen it as a quick job and double booked for the day. As a result they turned up in a massive hurry and were rushing things out to the van without giving us time to mention anything was fragile. As a result they had smashed a lampshade and damaged a set of drawers. We were since told they wouldn't cover the warranty because these items were not inspected prior to carrying, due to their rushing.

  We're sorry to hear this. Our team worked carefully and professionally, with you present the whole time. No mishandling was observed. We do offer compensation where due, but found no evidence in this case. T&Cs were shared before the move.

  Moving flats

  I’m really happy with Piper’s Removals. They were approachable and friendly on the phone and helped me plan my move. They were prompt and efficient on the day and also very friendly. I have already recommended them to a friend, who is also planning a move. Price-wise, they are reasonable and fairly priced.
