  Toilet Leak!!

  After being let down by another local plumber I contacted Mark to see if he could come and look at the building's leak in the upstairs toilets. Mark came that afternoon to inspect and even carried out the works on the same day. Previously we had been waiting for over a week from the previous plumber so just goes to show you how efficient Mark was in sorting out our problem. Mark was also polite, and even asked how the leak was after the works had been carried out which I replied we've had no more issues. My MD is also so pleased with the reliability and the professionalism. Will book again!

  To re-plumb kitchen area with new accessories in different positions.

  Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, reliable, courteous and competent and took time to think things through. He re-plumbed our sink, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer with under-floor water supply and put in several radiators working well with our builder and electricians. He sometimes brought his son along too which was nice to see. We are pleased to have worked with Mark and would not hesitate to use again. Thanks Mark!

  Install a new bath + other associated works

  Mark was an absolute professional. He installed a new bath , which had to be fitted round the other way, and needed new plumbing, taps and bath front. He also fitted new taps to the bathroom sink and installed a towel radiator. We were very pleased with the final result. Mark was organised and tidy in his work, very personable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Mark to others in need of a very good plumber.

  Leak in the toilet and changing parts in the flashing system

  Mark is exactly what you hope for when you need a plumber: honest, friendly, very fair on pricing, and professional. We got three quotes from plumbers in here, Mark was first to respond and provided the best quote. He had a nightmare of a job with us, involving finding two leaks in very awkward places, multiple visits, totally removing the whole toilet unit, and allowing considerable time for the extreme damp to dry out. We are so grateful for the work he’s done, and we have recommended him to friends and neighbours in our block. A genuinely trustworthy tradesman. Call him with confidence.
