I contacted James regarding a boiler service. I received a response to my text message within 30 minutes, which I wasn’t expecting. An appointment was made for the following week (today). James arrived when he said he would and the boiler serviced.

Overall experience was very good, good communication all the way through. There was a small problem with the original job, but this was quickly rectified without any fuss. Thank you would recommend.

Two cabinets were mounted to the bathroom walls and two blinds were fitted, plus replacing the plughole in the kitchen. The bathroom walls are plastic panels over the wall fabric so installation needed care. Over a busy holiday season it was tricky finding the short time slot required but the work was completed as soon as possible in the new year. The chap who came was personable, neat & tidy, and quick; and the work was completed to a high standard.

They came to do a service. Very polite young men. They got on with the job quickly. Will be using again.

Started out with a replacement electric shower but as the whole house is going through renovations and the bathroom was on the list we decided to get the whole bathroom renovated instead, James was timely, professional and especially patient with me as we were juggling a lot of things at the beginning and also throughout when we had a few hiccups from the bathroom supplier we were getting our bath and cabinet from. Steve and his apprentice (sorry I never got his name) were professional, clean and tidy after every day and we're wonderful to have working on the bathroom.
