  Exterior wall insulation covering 3 floors of a brick Edwardian house

  I spent years (on and off) looking for a contractor to put exterior wall insulation on the flank wall of our Edwardian house. Andrei was the only one who talked coherently and knowledgably about it, gave me straight answers to difficult questions, and a detailed written quote. The external appearance of the finished job was of great importance to me, and it was very reassuring to find that Andrei shared my point of view and was keen to achieve a good looking result. Pioneer Insulation did the job - despite appalling weather - on time, at the quoted price, to good quality and in good humour.

  We are very happy with the result and our overall experience with the whole team. From the start I found every interraction to be personal, reliable and friendly. This approach extended right from the administration through to the installation team. Their primary focus was delivering what we as the customer wanted. These days it is so hard to find this DNA within a business and I am so happy that we got in touch. The loft is no totally transformed achieved our goal at a fair price.

  Brilliant, I can’t find anything but good to say about Pioneer, I wish that all companies could be as good, from excellent communication from the start to the finished result, the guys are so professional polite and hard working, I cannot recommend them highly enough.   The team from Pioneer were excellent. I met Andre at the beginning. He talked me through what was required and how they would do the work. Once the work had commenced, Cristina kept me up to date through WhatsApp and email. She would always confirm when the team would be coming I’d out of normal working hours, and when needing access to the house what day would suit me. George and the team worked hard every day and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were diligent in protecting my artificial lawn, and decking. The finish is fantastic

  From the very first meeting to assess our property for the work to be carried out, my husband and I have been so very impressed with the service Pioneer has provided. The work ethic of office and on-site staff is excellent. The level of care, attention to detail, excellent communication and overall friendliness of everyone we have come into contact with has been superb. The quality of the workmanship is exemplary and we have had no reservations whatsoever in referring this company to our friends and neighbours, I’ve of whom has indeed gone ahead to have the same work done in their property.
