Shabir carried out a thorough survey of my property. He explained what works were needed. He followed up with a detailed written report of the issues and the works needed to fix them. The work was done in a professional and timely manner with good communication throughout. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Shabir carried out a damp survey and after the results showed high moisture levels in one room, he treated the damp problem. The work was done on time, the communication was excellent and my flat was left spic and span afterwards. Really happy with the work and happy to highly recommend this company.

Shabir visited the property initially to do a brief survey / investigation and told us what did and didn’t need doing (other companies tried to tell us everything needed doing but Shabir was honest and told us that some areas were not a problem at all). He helped repair the penetrating damp issue, but also help with a structural repair on an adjoining wall by installing Helibars and also mesh to control cracking. At the end, he replastered the whole room. He was professional, always on time, cleaned up every day, did an excellent job and would highly recommend! Thank you.

We used Pioneer Preservations to carry out damp treatment to the wall under our bay window in our bedroom. The communication was excellent and the work carried out quickly. Shabir gave clear information about what steps he would take to fix the issue and then after the work was completed communicated what he had done with clear advice for the future management of the air flow. They took care to protect all items in the room and provided floor coverings which meant there was little mess afterwards. All round excellent service!
