    Leaking Central Heating System

    Pinpoint have been most helpful. Robert was cheerful, prompt and very knowledgeable. He found the leak in my central heating system (which another company had failed to locate). He carried out a repair and provided photos and video. He cleaned up well. I have been saved the cost and disruption of a replacement system. The price was less than many other providers.

    Highly recommended and efficient service

    Pinpoint Trace and Access replaced the leaking supply pipe to our property with a minimum amount of fuss. Dealing with Debbie at their office was a real pleasure and she and her colleagues were extremely efficient and communication was exceptionally prompt. I wish all companies and in particular trades had a professional back office like this. Highly recommended.

    Quick & comprehensive response to initial enquiry and good communication. Operatives arrived on time, got to work quickly - happy to explain their processesthinking as they worked. Found and corrected problem in good time. Office a little quick on the draw about payment "delay" (effected day after job completed!).

May I just add, unlike our competitors who require full payment at the time of the booking, we ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the remainder on the day of completion of the Trace and Access. This is mentioned in our disclaimer and on the initial call. I apologise if our prompt payment system was a little to quick.

    Excellent service and a job well done

    Hopefully the title says it all. Robert arrived on time and was professional throughout. He kept me well informed during the process. He found the leak and repaired it with minimal mess or disruption. If you are unfortunate enough to need this sort of service I cannot recommend this company enough.
