I hired Pinpoint for a trace and access job due to a water leak problem. The company responded very quickly to the job, they knew exactly what was required, which demonstrates their expertise. The price was also reasonable given the urgency of the job and solved the leak in a matter of minutes. The trace and report access was also extremely useful as the insurance claim was sorted out quickly.

From Steve calling me after seeing my job on Checkatrade, to the booking and work being done, everyone had time to explain to us exactly what was going to happen and we felt well informed for each step of the process. Rob in particular was punctual, efficient and fantastic at explaining what was going on during tracing and fixing the leak. He made us feel very calm about the whole thing. He also left the house clean and tidy. Much appreciated.

Cannot praise them too highly. Deborah was like a breath of fresh air following the problems I hade with the mains supplier. The engineer Steve went more than an extra mile in carrying out a difficult repair. I will certainly use them again if necessary.

I contacted Pinpoint Trace and Access through Checkatrade in order to have an old lead water main replaced. The new line was about 25M long. Deborah the general manager was very friendly and arranged for a site visit from George inside a few days. As the cost of the installation was reasonable I gave the go ahead and it was completed in a couple of days by the moling method. George, Andy & Steve did an excellent job in a friendly and professional manner The garden and paving was restored to its original condition. A job well done.
