Turned up on time, got the job done and left everything clean and tidy. Cost was also quite reasonable considering the urgency to me. Highly recommended.

From the initial call to the completed repair, Pinpoint Trace and Access were faultless. Debbie in the office gave fantastic customer support and kept us fully informed. Rob, the senior technician, arrived promptly, found the leak quickly using the latest equipment, and made a clean and efficient repair — all with minimal disruption. He explained everything clearly, did exactly what was needed, and tidied up thoroughly afterward. Within 5 days, we received a full written and photographic report for insurance. Absolutely excellent service — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again!

If you’re ever in difficulty like we were, please look no further! Pin point trace is your only company! We had a water leak coming into our property that needed to be identified asap. From the first phone call to the wonderful manager Debbie who patiently guided us through the whole diagnostic process, holding our hand. Really good service, the engineer explained everythign from start to finish and was careful not to damage the shower tray and other items he had to remove to locate the leak.

The company were very professional and friendly to deal with. Debra who dealt with me on the phone was very understanding. The technician Nick arrived on time and within 48 hours of my initial contact and detected the leak very quickly whilst causing a minimum amount of disturbance to the flooring. He solved the problem and reinstated the floor extremely well. I would highly recommend Pinpoint.
