Very happy with the work carried out thank you George, Jack & Steve for organising everything

This was my second time this year using Pinpoint. They installed a new water supply pipe over a long distance in difficult terrain with a lot of tree roots. George and Jack took great care on a challenging job and completed it on schedule. I was very impressed with their "can do" attitude and professionalism. Many thanks also to Steve and Debbie on the management and admin side of Pinpoint. Highly recommended.

Pinpoint were great. After I found a water supply leak, which was not covered by home insurance, Pinpoint were quick to respond and quickly gave me a ballpark quote. They followed up with a survey and formed up a quote. Within about a week they were out at my property and replaced my supply using a mole, and replaced my stop cock very quick - the work was done in a day. All in, 3 guys turned up, Steve, Adam and Nick, and they were very easy to get on with and worked quickly. Highly recommended.

From the initial contact with this company I felt confident right away that I was dealing with someone that was going to help. Everything was dealt with very quickly and water leak found and repaired. Easy to contact and arrange visit. It’s a specialist field and if I have any future problems, I will certainly use them again.
