The company answered my urgent call politely and efficiently. They gave an honest estimation of when they might arrive, which was accurate. The team that arrived were polite and courteous, explaining what they were doing and why. They checked the work before they completed the job, and left the space they had been working in clean and tidy.

Mike gave solid advice and several options to resolve the issues. He and his team were quick, neat and efficient in replace the consumer unit, labelling the breakers better than before. They fitted a new cable across the length of the house really neatly with no visible signs. I'm happy, thanks!
