From the outset Pinnacle provided a professional service. For the estimate, they attended with their electrician to ensure that our requirements could be met. They also suggested some alternatives to our shower which turned out to be better than our ideas. A schedule of work was planned to ensure the work was carried out in a timely manner. However, a mistake on our part meant work had to stop for a week, but this did not phase them and they worked around our problem. Work was carried out to a high standard, and we would fully recommend them to anyone requiring work to be undertaken.

From the first appointment to discuss and quote for the project to the completion of work Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating Direct were professional, courteous and reliable. The whole team worked well together and nothing was too much trouble. We were informed of what would happen when and were updated at every stage. When a minor issue occured with materials this was resolved quickly and without question. We're happy with their work, as follows Changed radiator from Lockshield to Bluetooth TRV. Changed towel rail valves from TRV to lockshield set. Increased hot water pressure the bath TMV. Resealed bath panel. The only problem was that it took a long time to get it done: First we couldn't manage the time suggested, then they cancelled because of an emergency job, then they forgot and had to be reminded. However, we had told them it wasn't urgent and we understand they had genuine reasons. Finally, after a few months, they made a new appointment, came as arranged and the job was done.

Amazing assistance with plumbing emergency. They came and sorted with one hour. Cannot thank them enough. From first phone to arriving was first class service.

Pinnacle were excellent. We’ve had a persistent problem with the heating system losing pressure, for a couple of years. As soon as the heating goes off pressure goes down to zero within an hour so we have top it up before it can be turned on again. Had a few plumbers who couldn’t solve the problem and it was very frustrating. Johnny and Ollie found a leak where an old radiator had been removed before we moved in 20 years ago. It was in a place you’d never think to look. They fixed the leak and put a brand new radiator in. These guys are good. Will only be using them from now on.
