  New boiler fitted

  Milenko is amazing! He worked out what was wrong with our boiler - something a previous heating engineer had missed. He’s just fitted a new one and it was a smooth experience from start to finish!! So knowledgeable, professional, and kind (he even hoovered afterwards which I have never experienced!)

  It was a pleasure having Milenko do the work on my boiler. He is knowledgeable and professional. He was also completely transparent about what he was going to do - this is was particularly reassuring - real pros never hold on to their knowledge to get extra power. Very happy with his work and would happily recommend him and use him again.

  Fixing intermittent issues with the boiler

  Excellent, friendly service with great attention to detail and everything explained in clear terms. Good value and a very pleasant and reassuring experience overall. Had occasional error codes and strange noises coming from my boiler, Milenko found some minor issues that perfectly explained the source of those problems and resolved them promptly with care and attention.

  Repair leak to the boiler.

  Milenko is very knowledgable, experienced and accommodating. I had a fault with my boiler. I called Milenko on Wednesday afternoon and he attended in the evening. He completed all the checks and identified the fault. He provided me with multiple repair options including their costs. On Friday evening, Milenko attended and fixed the issue. Really helpful as we had guests staying with us for the weekend. I would highly recommend Milenko. He knows what he's doing and someone you can trust.

  Boiler service plus fixing issue with water heating

  Milenko did a thorough job not only with servicing our boiler but also checking and fixing issues we've experienced with water heating. He took the time to clearly explain why things had gone wrong and what he had done to fix them. I will most definitely bear Milenko in mind for any future plumbing/boiler work.
