  Complete bathroom renovation

  Had my bathroom completely renovated by Pimlico Building and couldn't be happier with the results. Sammy, the manager, was always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The team tackled a full revamp from the ground up, handling complex changes in plumbing, electrics, and removals with great skill. Everything was clearly communicated upfront, including costs, and the project was delivered within a reasonable budget and timeframe. Sammy regularly checked in on progress and made sure all the different trades were well-coordinated. Highly recommend!

  Flooring, plastering and wall removal

  Absolutely amazing! I won’t be looking for any other builder: - Very responsive to messages - Started the works very quickly - Quote was accurate with very transparent pricing - Continuously kept me updated - Very clean, the flat was tidied up so neatly I had wondered when they passed by - Very flexible (came to my office to pick up the keys, added small jobs here and there etc)

  Never using anyone else ever again

  Sammy and his team are life savers! Our apartment was abandoned by a fraudulent contractor. Sammy and his team picked up the job where they left off and finished the project a week ahead of time. The quality of work, speed and efficiency and professionalism across all his workers was unbelievable. I am already in discussions with Sammy for further work - I will never use anyone else ever again. He went well out of his way to ensure speed and quality of work but also was excellent at suggesting ways to save money on the project.

  Paint of whole house and refurbishment of the bathroom and some carpentry

  We were looking for a reliable contractor to refurbish our holiday home in London and were extremely lucky to find Sammy and his wonderful team, they understood the brief, made useful suggestions and carried the plans through brilliantly, we were out of the country and were kept updated with photos and videos regularly, they were honest, and unfailingly courteous, on time and meticulous in their finish and the results exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Garage roof

  Pimlico replaced the roof on my garage after a leak. They advised me from the start what work could be done and, realistically, what couldn't (replacing a wet ceiling), they did the job in a day which they said the would, cleaned away the debris and the work is guaranteed for 24 years.

  Underpinning

  Pimlico completed some underpinning and bathroom refurbishment work in our rental property (I am the tenant) and they were very professional, conscientious and tidy. The works were completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard, and Sammy and his team showed a great deal of care for minimising the impact on us as tenants during the process.
