    Steve was very pleasant and chatty,explained what we should expect. Very happy with the finished bedroom carpet looks new again. Would highly recommend him definitely use him again should we had another carpet cleaned.

    3 piece suite clean

    Steve cleaned our 13 year old 3 piece suite and it now looks like new again - we are absolutely delighted - fantastic job. Steve was efficient and courteous. He arrived on time and his communication was good throughout. We will be having him back to clean the carpets :)

    Annual carpet clean.

    Due to work being done on the house, we didn’t fit in a carpet clean last year. The carpets were filthy and there was a nasty stain. Steve breezed in with his usual cheerful, efficient and friendly manner. The carpets are now as good as new.

My name is Steven Matthews and I am the owner and operator of 'Pile-up' carpet, upholstery & hard floor cleaning. We are a local family run business who guarantee cleaning of the highest standards. We pride ourselves upon the reliable, professional and friendly service that we give to all our customers.

We are committed to ensure that all our customers are fully happy and satisfied with the service provided. We are professionally certified in all aspects of carpet, rug, upholstery & hard floor cleaning.

With 'Pile-up' there are no hidden charges and no VAT just honest and competitive pricing. 'The price quoted is the price you pay'. The majority of our new business comes from customers recommending us to family, friends and work colleagues because they have been amazed by the results we have achieved and the quality of our service. We clean carpets, rugs and upholstery using the hot water extraction method (also known as steam cleaning).

This is the most effective way to clean carpets and upholstery. It is also the method recommended by almost all carpet manufacturers. This method gets deep down into the fibres to achieve the best results. We combine this with a twin vacuum system which provides powerful suction and ensures quicker drying times.

We also offer dry cleaning for carpets such as Belgian Wiltons and certain oriental rugs. Before we start the cleaning process we test and assess all fibres to determine the best method to use. Our cleaning achieves excellent results. It will give your carpets and upholstery a new lease of life and restore their fresh look.
