From the start, communication was excellent. Messages received promptly. Lemar did all the work agreed and was efficient and polite throughout. He was understanding when I realised I'd ordered some incorrectly sized pieces and made a second visit to fit them when they were delivered. He did that without charging any extra. I would definitely use him again for handyman jobs.

The shelves were fitted as I wanted. Yet to be used by the cats but seem very firm.

Lemar came to put up what he (& I) thought was a straightforward flatpack which turned out to be the cupboard from hell. Parts missing, shelves that crumbled when you screwed into them, holes that didn't line up or in some cases even exist, fell apart when lifted and was generally a structural mess. He took it all in good humour, went off, came back the next day with extra screws and parts and took extensive time and great effort to fix and strengthen it. Unfailingly pleasant, cheerful and very conscientious in his work. Would absolutely go to him again.
