Prompt reply, great price, great service, on time no issues. What's not to like?

Great communications from the start to finish , came and reviewed our requirements , gave us a really good price for the work to replace the alarm system . Carried out the work within one week which is something we wanted . Workmanship, knowledge , kept everything really clean and tidy , he was spot on . Showed me how the system works and feel very comfortable knowing how operate the alarm system going forward. Peter is an absolutely diamond, would highly recommend Peter / his company to anyone brilliant service .

Originally came to service alarm due to it going off when the power cut. During service it became apparent that the alarm needed replacing (over 20 years old). There was no hard sell. We were due on holiday within 5 days and had no alarm. He fit the job in on Monday morning before we left. Arrived on time and got straight on with the job. Talked through everything and even looked for ways to reduce the no of sensors we needed. Changed to wireless and all wires removed. No mess left and was good with my child letting them know when he was going to drill.

peter turned up on time and started work immediately. Very polite, hardworking and respected my home. Used floor covering and cleaned up after himself. Very efficient installation and he talked me through every stage of the job. Explained clearly how to operate the system. I highly recommend PHS for all your security needs.

The technician was booked in to give me a quote for a new installation as I had been told mine was too old. However, after describing the issue he quickly solved the problem. there was no hard sale and the work was done very professionally. I will not hesitate to use these guys again. thank you.

Pete arrived on time. He was friendly, but professional and thorough. His honesty has given me the confidence to contact him in the future, should I have any further issues with the alarm. I highly recommend Pete.
