  Storm damage.

  Storm winds dislodged roof tiles and fascia just before Christmas. Paul quickly arranged scaffolding and secured the roof. In addition, he was very pleasant to deal with and was an excellent communicator. I would certainly use his services again, and recommend him to others.

  I can’t praise Paul Hicken and his team. enough. Excellent communications and transparent with dealings throughout. Always had our best interests at heart and couldn’t do enough for us. Did his best to keep costs under control, and was extremely helpful and reliable. No hesitation in recommending.

  Replacement flue flashing

  Paul was able to fit me in at short notice in the run up to Christmas to fix a leak. Fantastic communication throughout, arrived bang on the agreed time and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

  Chimney removed and chimney repaired

  PH Roofing advised several options from the offset, and told us of the pros and cons on each one. Eventually we decided on the removal of one chimney as it was no longer being used, and complete overhaul of the second chimney. Paul kept us continually updated throughout, from delivery of skip, putting up of scaffold, and roofing works. The work progressed quickly, the team involved who were a pleasure to work with were excellent ensuring the experience was stress free. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others. Thank you Paul

  Dormer window repairs

  Very professional service. Roof’s not just been repaired but upgraded to modern practice which should give longer ongoing life. Looking at the repaired area now my only slight disappointment is that the finish could have been neater.
