Very happy with the new Windows! Good communication through out. Unfortunately didnt have the key for the top window and felt like the man could have been more understanding. Apart from that very happy!

I was unable to lock door and door was fouling door frame. I telephoned and spoke to the lady who arranged for tradesman to call after he completed a nearby job. On arrival he quickly identified that the door had dropped causing it to foul doorframe causing the problem. He adjusted the hinges allowing the locking system to lineup properly and prevent the door fouling the doorframe.

So professional and friendly excellent price a great job done would highly recommend

Phoenix measured up, purchased and installed a new double glazed pane to the rear of the property. Whilst they were busy their communication was excellent so always knew when to expect them for their visits. They even took the old unit away with them which was fantastic as it weighed roughly 100kg and I don't know what I would have done with it. Thanks for your help, would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication. Very courteous and helpful. Honest and kind to my mum. Would recommend to everyone.
