10 Two bathroom refits

Jo refurbished two bathrooms in two separate visits, fitting around our plans. He was able to suggest some changes to our designs, which improved the outcome, and was flexible when we changed some of the specifications. I can't rate Jo highly enough. He did an absolutely fantastic job. As is common with many projects, it became evident that plans had to be adapted. He accommodated changes without any problem and recommended pragmatic solutions. He was a pleasure to have on site, always punctual, and very tidy. The quality of his work is second to none. Phoenix Plumbing completed the work within the agreed timescale and in a tidy and orderly manner. He was happy to offer advice as well as to listen to my specific requirements. I've known Jo for some time now and he has done 4 or 5 jobs for me in that time. Every job has been approached in the same positive way. All the jobs were different from changing sink pipes to installing new toilet etc. The last job installing a new hatch to the loft and then repairing tank leak. The house was built around 1870 so nothings straight forward! Jo is punctual, keeps you informed about the job as it progresses and is extremely knowledgeable. Jo is articulate and easy to talk to. Hi, I'm Jo.
I started Phoenix Plumbing 17 years ago, when I retrained at Central Sussex College. Prior to this, I was in retail management for 16 years, so I feel I have a very good attitude to service and pride myself on achieving a high quality finish to all my work, large jobs or small ones.
I am a sole trader, so it is only me you deal with. I also use the same colleagues (electrician, plasterer, decorator) each time, so I'm able to provide a complete 'turnkey' service to larger projects like full bathroom and kitchen renovations.
