Phoenix Pest Control have provided superb service for us over a number of years. On this occasion we contacted Bill at Phoenix Pest Control to deal with a very active wasp nest that was the cause of numerous wasps getting inside the house. Bill arrived the next day to deal with the problem very effectively. Phoenix are fast, professional and cost effective - undoubtedly the perfect pest control service.

I emailed Phoenix asking about cost etc and got a phone call now long after. He came out the same afternoon and explained everything very well on how he treats the wasp nest and also said how long it should be before I would notice a difference from the activity in the nest. He was true to his word there is no activity. He was polite, very tidy and friendly and his charge was well below the charge others had quoted and I had already paid to one company with no changes to the situation noticible. Would happily recommend Phoenix and have already mentioned them to one other person.

Visited within 2hrs of my call. No actual nest, wasps attracted by sap from tree. Called me straight away to explain. Also attended for two colleagues of mine, arrived same day as call out and removed nests. Fab service. Highly recommended.

I contacted the company in the evening on a Thursday and he responded very quickly. He gave me a price and said it could be sorted on Tuesday. The best was sprayed a powder from outside so it meant that I didn’t have to wait in which was very helpful. The powder killed about half of the wasps in the nest but it was enough for me to get close to spray it with wasp killer. I then removed the nest myself. The price was however very reasonable and so although I had to finish the job myself, I’m happy with the outcome. Would call again if I had a pest issue.
