Francis did a total refurb on our bathroom. He was very clean and tidy in his work and covered up our stairs and hoovered after each day. He was competitively priced, turned up as and when he said he would and was very accommodating.

My hallway was not equal width and required care and experience to achieve a consistent boarder throughout the hallway. Francis did a great job would highly recommend him. His prices are also very competitive. From initial contact to assessment and quotation all very clear and transparent and answering any queries. Note Checkatrade requires me to enter the service carried out with pull down options to select. But only options is work relative to bathrooms so I selected it otherwise cannot submit my review. But the actual job was to tile a Victorian house hallway with Victorian mosaic tiles.

I hired JI Builds to tile my kitchen floor. I was extremely happy with the work. Francis was very knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and hardworking. I plan on hiring Francis to tile my bathroom, he's that good. He comes highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Francis for three residential carpentry projects, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. His prices were competitive, and he did an excellent job building an internal wall, framing, and installing the door, adjusting a utility room door with its frame, and constructing sturdy shelves in the linen cupboard. I used Jill builds previously for my bathroom so didn’t hesitate to use again. As always such a professional job done, made up with the workmanship and price no hesitation to use their services again, over the moon.

In the initial visit, our requirements were really listened to. He offered great advice and direction to support us in best items to order. Along the whole process we were told that the most important thing was that we ended up with the bathrooms as we wanted them. He was always happy to take on alterations and advice was always clear. He was so respectful of our home and was a pleasure to have around. The finished product was as we wished for. His attention to detail was wonderful, a real professional in his trade.
