Job location: SN5The most reliable & efficient builder I’ve ever known! Clean & tidy, always does it in the timeframe given… Built a two storey extension for us and has also done many jobs since, garden room for example. We recently had a garage conversion, consisting of a bedroom, utility room and bathroom, With a re structure to make a kitchen/dinner. Mark and Jackie were fantastic from the off, everything from advice and planning, to the build and project managing, with excellent after care! Mark and Dave have worked extremely hard and we were surprised how quickly they got it all done! Extremely positive experience of having Mark, Jacqui and the team turn our very old kitchen, dining room and courtyard into a wonderful social space. Mark did all the worrying and planning to make the project run smoothly, completing ahead of schedule. We had to stay in the house while the work was being done and Mark went out of his way to ensure we always had a useable kitchen at all times and always cleaned any work surface down before the end of the day. Phoenix Extensions Ltd is a true family-run business, run by husband and wife team Mark and Jackie, with son Declan also a valued part of the team. Between us we each bring something different to the team and all have our individual strengths which makes Phoenix Extensions the reputable company which it is today.
We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and carry out work in the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on being professional and reliable. This is supported by nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. The knowledge we have gained over these years has enabled us to specialise in extensions and conversions of all types and sizes and we are proud to offer a wide but specialised range of services.
