Based on a photo of the fuse box a quote was given by email and an appointment made. The employee arrived but spent an hour doing nothing, then said he couldn't do the job and left abruptly. Later I got an email to say the employee had felt it unsafe, as parts of my house are rather cluttered (due to a bereavement). However this wasn't discussed in person so I still don't understand what the problem was. I now have to seek a quotation elsewhere and feel that due to the lack of any effort to resolve the situation at the time, this is not a reputable busines

When our engineer arrived he found the house in a terrible state- clutter and rubbish everywhere. He was not comfortable working in the environment so left. There was no charge for the work
