  Conversion of stables into an annexe

  Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Both Chris and Barry couldn’t do more to help us on our first construction project. From advising on design, drawing up the plans, offering a competitive price and executing the build without any problems and on budget. We couldn’t ask for more. Both were a pleasure to have around, experienced and offer a professional service. We will be getting back in touch in 2025 for our extension.

  Side extension

  Chris and his team were just what we were looking for. From the very first meeting we felt confident we had found someone who could get the job done. Chris was always professional and went above and beyond with the advice and guidance he provided. His team worked tirelessly to get the job done in a timely manner and he communicated with us when deadlines would be so we were always aware of progress. The work completed has been to a high standard and it was a joy to have them here while the work was being completed. I would highly recommend this company.

  Yes it was meant to be a shower room fitting

  Christi Hiles is extremely messy, doesn't use dust sheets. Doesn't take his building rubble away. Leaving my daughter and I with a pipe leading to the sewer stench for 3 days. And we still don't have a clean and safe place to wash apart from our kitchen sink. This has now been 9 weeks in counting...

  There is no truth to this review. this is a tenant, who did not want works done due to the disruption so was as uncooperative, rude and abusive as possible to the extent that we have been asked to cease work whilst the home owner evicts her.

  Excellent job

  Chris came round to fix some damage in our house that our dog has caused and he did an excellent job. He was proactive, with a “can do” attitude and his services were reasonably priced in comparison to other builders that came round for the same job. He is very honest and this is exactly what you want from a builder.

  Extension, new kitchen and bathroom’s

  Last year, we hired Chris and Dan from Phoenix Builders for our extensive house renovations. They provided excellent guidance, suggesting an architect and handling building control matters. The project involved a complete remodel, extension, two bathroom renovations, and a new kitchen installation. Despite additional work requests, they completed the project on time and within budget. The tradesmen were polite, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Chris and Dan were trustworthy, easy to work with, and had great ideas. Highly recommended.
