  Excellent Service, Quality Products and Professional Installation

  The initial meeting with Stuart was informative, professional, and refreshingly free of any hard sell. He took the time to explain the various products available and helped us choose options that best suited our needs. The turnaround time for the blinds was quick, and Darren, the installer, was courteous, efficient, clean, and tidy throughout. The blinds look excellent, and we are very pleased with the quality of both the product and service. We are still awaiting the shutters, but we were advised from the outset that these had a longer lead time, which was entirely acceptable.

  Amazing Customer Service, Amazing Work

  First time buying shutters and blinds, had heard horror story’s from people using the big named so wanted something local and independent. Chose Phoenix after seeing their work on another property and a local showroom which helps! From initial enquiry, right the way through to completion has been splendid and for that I can’t recommended Phoenix enough. Initially had Matt out to quote, non aggressive consultative approach.   I called in the showroom to order a new vertical blind because the weights in ours were crumbling. To my surprise I discovered I could just buy new weights and chain. What a result. Great service all round! Jane

  Excellent quality and service

  The new blinds have breathed new life into an old community library. We went with rainbow colours in our children’s section and a single colour for our function room. Installation was a smooth process, with our old blinds being taken away and the spaces left clean and tidy. As a charity; such purchases are not made lightly. Phoenix Blinds and Shutters Ltd fully justified our choice in choosing them. We are incredibly pleased with the new blinds.

  Beautiful Shutters

  We had several quotes for shutters but Matt won us over as he could answer every question we had and gave useful advice. It was a long 14 week wait for them to be made but when they arrived and Steven fitted them they were worth waiting for. They look gorgeous. Steven was also very professional and clean and tidy. We would recommend Phoenix Blinds in a heartbeat.
