He arrived on time. Seemed to be knowledgeable. Did ask me to stay with him and search where to put diagnostic test plugs and where the pre heater module is.
Once found fault it was behind a wheel or go in through headlamp. Paul advised he couldn't do that and recommended someone. Sourced the part cheaply which was helpful however who was recommended was unprofessional and unhelpful.
No follow up.
Basically paid 180£ cash to search the fault and find its location.
Think if easy job he's your man if complicated take to a garage!

Car Lighting Issue

Professional service from initial contact through to completion. Phil did a thorough job & he kept me informed of what he was doing & why. Engine wouldn't start, found out it was a melted loom.

Phil came out in good time, he worked very hard. He was very positive to me that he would get my car running and so he did, he replaced the melted loom on my car. He work at good pace and did very good quality work 10/10 definitely recommend him.

Electrical problems.

My car had been to a local garage twice and they could not diagnose or fix the fault I had. I called Phil and described the problem. He seemed to know exactly what I was talking about so I arranged for him to come out. He diagnosed the error removed the faulty part and arranged for it to be sent off for repair. The repair company found a fault and repaired it. Phil came back and fitted the part. Unfortunately I still had the same error. Phil wouldn’t be beaten he gave me 1 1/2 hrs of labour to eventually fix it. Very pleased. Thanks Phil.
