Picked Mr Shaw's name from checkatrade's list, rang this morning, explained that I could not access the live feed from my hard drive, Philip said he'd call in on his way home. He arrived lunch time, swiftly identified the problem, described what was required and said he'd be back in an hour. Less than one hour later he returned with the necessary items and solved the difficulty. Philip was very polite and helpful. The charge was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
