I contacted Phil on Sunday about an issue with alarm in new house, he fit us in between appointments the next day (thank you). Phil is very friendly and professional, he took time in explaining the system/issue and steps to rectify. No fuss, no drama, a pleasure to deal with, if only all tradespeople were like Phil we would never have to worry! Would highly recommend.

Phil contacted me to state he was interested in the job and called to ask for a few details. He quickly advised what the issue was and where to buy the replacement bits. He even offered to talk me through swapping out the old for new but it was fairly straightforward. Absolutely fabulous service, other companies were looking at £60 to visit the house and diagnose the issue. Phils' expertise meant he could do the same job via messages. Would highly recommend!

Contacted Phil as he had really good reviews and was local, I needed new house alarm installing. He came to give quote on the Monday and removed old alarm and fitted new system as arranged on the Thursday. Lovely man, very friendly and helpful, explained everything about new system before he left.
