My call was taken by a helpful and resourceful person, who made an appointment for a couple of days later. The job was complicated and required two visits, but this situation was explained simply and clearly. The job was done carefully, thoroughly and successfully. I was very impressed by the operator's professional attitude and behaviour, and also by his friendly demeanour. His rates were reasonable and he was generous in the way he calculated the time taken. Overall, I am very happy with the excellent service provided.

Phil's Drainage Services were able to diagnose and resolve an issue with our gully and drain in under an hour. Prompt to arrive, knowledgeable, and able to give us practical advice to permanently resolve things and maintain it ourselves in future (to avoid the need for more callouts). Highly recommended.
