Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company.

Mark helped us out by resolving an incredibly difficult and urgent situation on his first visit where a national company had failed. He was professional, kind and transparent in all regards. The quote which followed to resolve the less urgent issues was with no obligation, but was comprehensive, understandable, and backed by evidence - which immediately helped increase my trust. Today Mark returned to site to perform a full survey and remedy the remaining issues. The report that followed was incredibly detailed and understandable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Fantastic.

Mark came out very promptly and at a time that suited me. Fixed my mum’s blocked toilet very efficiently and professionally. Very friendly and would use again (but hopefully won’t need again too soon!!)

10/10 - Phil’s drainage services were excellent! After a bad experience with another larger firm the day before, Mark came round at short notice and fixed our issue within an hour. He was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it, then left everything clean and tidy. We couldn’t recommend them enough and I’d say they are the standard all trades should aim for! Also, thanks to Carla, who was very helpful over the phone, responding super quickly and being transparent with costs. This was all on a Sunday too! 10/10 rating from us :)

Very happy with the prompt response and the work undertaken in response to a blocked drain on my driveway. All the work was explained, the blockage cleared and advice given to mitigate further blockages.

We had a mains water leak within the grounds of our property. Mark came out and provided a quote promptly after doing some initial investigations. He asked relevant questions and left me feeling as though I could trust his experience and knowledge. So much so that I then commissioned him to do the work. When the repair day came, Mark kept me informed about what he was doing, why and what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises and Mark left everything in such a pristine condition after fixing the leak that I couldn't even tell he'd been. I would recommend without hesitation.
