9.67 Needed double glazed glass to be taken out and put back into place for a furnitfelovery

I had a couch being delivered on a day but no specific time. Phil showed up first thing to remove the glass which was very tricky but he persevered until it got done. He then came back as soon as he could after the delivery so the house was secured and warm again.
