  New conservatory roof and other items

  Phil replaced a polycarbonate roof, with a new solid timber roof with 2 opening windows as well as installing new double gates, new fencing, a purpose built mobility scooter housing as well as a bespoke Catio. As our house is old none of the walls are straight or true so Phil’s carpentry skills were definitely put to the test. All works were carried out to a professional and high standard, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his colleagues.

  Partition Wall Knocked Down

  Phil came to remove a partitian wall in order to put sliding doors in. After a small miscommunication mistake the work was carried out efficiently and Phil ensured it was done to a high standard even if it did take an extra few days.

  After being dropped by another builder last minute, I had a leaflet that came through the door. Phil was second and I gave him a call in desperate need. Phil came round that day and quoted for the job. An absolute pleasure to have in our home, Phil didn't want anything. He turned up on site every day on time - but mostly early. Worked HARD with Rob and got their part of the job done in a day, up and down a steep set of stairs! Phil also pulled in other tradesmen for other tasks that were equally as good. Phil was polite, calm, listened, well priced and worked hard. Overall 10/10.

  Creating an internal door to provide direct access to the garage.

  Phil arrived on schedule to view the job, gave a quote within a matter of days, agreed when the work would be done, and completed the job as agreed. His was polite and courteous at all times, the work was completed efficiently, and he worked tidily, leaving the space completely clean and clear of debris.
