Out Hallway and Landing needed decorating. My friend recommended Phil having done some recent work at his house. Phil came and gave a quote that we found satisfactory. We agreed on a mutual date and the work started on time. Timescales given where accurate. He gave us help choosing colours. The work was very well carried out. Good quality workmanship. I will be using Phil Edwards when we next need a room decorated.
