Hassan is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy in his job. He and his team installed a new boiler replacing one with 20 years old, split the house into two zones and installed Tado smart thermostats/ TRVs in individual rooms upstairs. I paid for a supply and fit of a functioning heating system. Initial work quality was fine though very oddly he expected me to supply my own ethernet cable (lucky I had a spare lying around?!) and things like how and where he would fit such parts not discussed in survey. But, two of the devices don't reliably communicate and I made the mistake of paying early. He has zero interest in finishing the job, making excuses or ignoring messages.
