  PHD provided prompt and efficient communitcation before the job. Their team were courteous and helpful at all times. The work was completed to a high standard and with thought about how the finished job would look. We were so impressed we booked them for another job straight away....and got the same fantastic service!

  Very good company. Replied at ad quickly, quote was competitive. Communication was excellent, knew who was coming to my property and when. Took old extractor and new ones packaging with him when he left which saved me a trip to the skip. Really impressed. Thank you

  Extremely professional and prompt service, kept up to date on all aspects of the job and when further issues identified the issue was explained properly and advice given with no pressure. The guys who came to do the work were very friendly and polite keeping the house tidy. Will definitely recommend and use again.
