I rang several plumbers, who never even bothered to return my call. Rang PHD, late evening, a plumber arrived first thing the next morning. He gave me a quote for new tanks, which he would order and the labour. He came on Sunday morning, early and did the work. More than happy to recommend and use again.

Tom was very quick to respond and made time to come and look as soon as possible. Tom was very good not only assuring me what the issue was but also allowing a control method in the very short term. Following isolation ground works and a plan were arranged. This meant a temporary repair to get water back to the house. This was seamless. Now a plan is being put together to rerun the mains. I would fully recommend Tom he is very methodical and professional. Discussing all options was easy and quickly provided confidence. Thank you very much so far and looking at the final solution.

PHD provided an outstanding service in all respects for the plumbing and heating associated with our complete kitchen refurbishment including heating, appliances installation and fitting of a new radiator.
