  Ben identified the problem and also pointed out a potential future problem, which he offered to repair also. He was upfront with the cost and I was happy for him to do the additional work. He was very polite and professional and his work was of a high quality.

  repair leaking radiator

  Ben arrived a short while ahead of schedule, was very polite and efficient. Cleared up and left no mess. Showed me the defective part before re pressurising the system. A valve tap on the tank broke, which he replaced and ensured all was working. If only all tradesmen were like Ben. DRG Jolly

  Repairing toilet valve

  Really lovely, friendly guy doing repair. Told me exactly what he was doing, showed me what additional issues he found and detailed the cost up front before proceeding. No pressure, just an open and educating guy! Would definitely recommend and will be using for any future repairs.
