  Sinks and taps fitted

  So pleased with the work carried out. We had a sink replaced in bathroom and new taps on sink and bath. We also had a new sink fitted with all pipework in an outside toilet. They were so polite and communicated with me at each stage. He even returned to adjust something he was not quite happy with. Would highly recommend. Such a great job, thank you so much.

  Toilet & radiator plumbing (remove & install new system)

  Asked for our old toilet & radiator to be removed & new installed. asked for some plumbing to be removed from old sink as going with W/C with sink in one. so more tidy & less pipes. to come home from work to find my walls cut out, not just the pipes as requested. but pipe work moved to the middle of my wall, pipes in it. and going through the wall. but sticking out. I'd put markings on the wall. easy to do, a nice easy job. to hear he told my wife it's better this way how he ended up doing it. so now he don't want to correct it. I've pipework in the wrong place, walls cut out. DONT USE HIM

  There was a water leak in the bathroom.

  After calling PHB , Ben promptly attended the house to inspect the source of the water leak. Ben was very knowledgable and thorough and communicated the problem efficiently and professionally to us. Ben completed the work to a high standard and came out again after we called him a day later. I would highly recommend Ben on the future

  Courteous guy and his workmanship was thorough He also wrang out wet mats and carried them out to dry forme Good knowledge of macerators in general and gave good advice on how to maintain weekly

  Plumbing repairs - replacing toilet parts

  Communication was excellent, and the plumber arrived at the correct time (actually earlier, having checked it was ok). I was actually charged less than the quoted amount because I already had some of the parts. I offered more as it turned into a bigger job than expected but this was refused. An excellent service, thoroughly recommended!

  Replacing broken shower.

  Very pleased with the work done by phb services, they replaced the faulty shower. Arrived before time and was polite and started the job straight away. Explained if was any extra costs , before doing them . Cleaned up when he had finished the job . Really happy with the work done.
