While Jack may have installed an alarm system for us exactly as we asked for (which gets a 10/10 anyway), it’s his aftercare that shines out. He’s visited us on three occasions after initial install, to make a change to a sensor, replace a sensor housing that we broke and to upgrade our app, all without charge and promptly after reaching out to him, with great communication along the way.

Can't praise Jack too highly. Excellent technician and brilliant communicator. Arrived on time and very clean working. .His prices are reasonable too. RECOMMENDED

Jack was very friendly and is clearly knowledgeable about our system, which we have had serviced by another company for several years, but were no longer able to do it as we are too far from their base in Brighton. We would recommend Phase, based on our experience.

Jack turn up early for the installation and explain everything he was doing and completed on time, they showed me and my partner who everything worked and if we had any questions just give him a call

Jack completed the installation of our alarm system which I could not be happier with. He visited at a time convenient to us and talked us through all our options, what would suit our needs best and various systems which were within our budget. Jack worked with us to agree an installation date and the works completed were perfect, a concealed system with no cables trailing throughout the house, exactly what we asked for! He was polite, tidy and a very friendly chap. We can now rest easy knowing our property is secure. Thank you Jack!
