  Kevin was very prompt in his response and arrived on time. He was respectful and removed his shoes before entering, which I really appreciated. He assessed the job quickly and was able to complete it there and then without any delay. He was also friendly and chatty, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I would happily recommend him.
