Ice maker in LG Fridge/Freezer not working Paul made two visits to try and fix it without success. Charge £165 for the visits and promised to order a new part He stopped replying to phone calls and text messages.

I waited over two months for this tradesperson to fix appliance doors, but he missed two scheduled appointments without proper notice or follow-up—despite having collected the full payment upfront. I made every effort to accommodate him, but his lack of reliability and communication was unprofessional. I eventually had to request a refund. I would not recommend his services.

Paul gave me plenty of time to answer my questions via phone call early on Sunday morning despite not undertaking any work. Would definitely consider for any future work if needed.
